About

Background

Programme and portfolio leadership, digital transformation, and AI — for Nordic enterprise and the public sector. Engagements sit between strategy and delivery: funding, governance, and adoption. The constraint is seldom the technology.

Delivery experience at Københavns Kommune, Merkle and Devoteam. Methods: PRINCE2, SAFe, portfolio governance. Earlier work in journalism and visual ethnography still shapes how I read an organisation.

Currently Digital Project Lead at Mediq, on contract · PRINCE2 7 Practitioner, PSM II · MSc IT Leadership (ITU)

Curriculum vitae  ·  Also co-founder of Applied Futures (AI enablement, forward-deployed AI product leadership, and leadership coaching) — a separate company.
